Ready to make a difference?What you'll do:To define the general sales strategy for Belgium and to manage and develop a portfolio of existing key accounts across the retail sector.Key Responsibilities:Key contact for all retail customersLead the negotiations with the national key accountsDefine the pricing and promo strategy per customer and channelIdentify and secure new business opportunities (new accounts, portfolio extension, shelf space etc.)Deliver sales reports, analyse performance, and provide market feedback to support strategic planningDefine and update volume plan per customer to ensure smooth supply to avoid OOS and obsoletesClose cooperation with Belgian field sales retail and OOH/On Trade teamClose cooperation with internal teams demand planning, marketing, customer service, finance and logisticsRepresent the Belgian sales team in international meetingsWhat we're looking for:Master degree or bachelor plus equivalent of practical experienceAt least 5 years of experience in FMCGProven experience in key account management in Food and BeveragesStrong commercial skills and a track record of delivering revenue growthExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsAdditional on trade experience is a plusExperience in working within a small team with a hands-on mentality; ready to work on a large scope of tasksStrong team player whilst being able to defend your convictionsEnjoying working with a high level of freedom within a clear frameworkLead the negotiations with the national key accountsWhat We OfferAn exciting and challenging role where you can fully apply your talents.Plenty of responsibility and opportunities to make a real impact within our organization.A full-time contract with a competitive salary and attractive fringe benefits.Health Insurance, Eco-Cheques, Company CarInvestment in your growth: focus on personal development, wellbeing, and training.How to ApplyAre you ready to make a difference?Send your CV and motivation letter as soon as possible.After an initial selection based on your email and possibly a phone interview, we will be happy to invite you for a personal meeting.
