**Job Description**:
Syngenia is seeking a skilled and experienced **Key Account Manager** to oversee the relationship with our key client, **ENGIE Group**. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with ENGIE Group and its subsidiaries. You will also have direct involvement in managing the budget and the P&L related to this account.

Mission
- Develop and nurture trust-based relationships with ENGIE Group and its affiliates to ensure their continued loyalty and prevent them from turning to competition.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of ENGIE Group organization, key needs, requirements, and objectives.
- Continuously propose solutions that align with ENGIE Group's objectives, and explore opportunities to expand and enhance the existing business relationships.
- Coordinate the timely delivery services to ENGIE Group, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and communication link between ENGIE Group and our internal teams, such as recruitment and sourcing operations.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by ENGIE Group, and handle complaints in a professional manner to maintain trust and customer satisfaction.
- Play an integral role in hunting and generating new sales opportunities within ENGIE Group, fostering long-lasting relationships and contributing to the growth of our business.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts, utilizing key account metrics, to provide insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the P&L and budget, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness in our operations.

Profile
- Proven (3 year and plus) experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Effective communication and negotiations skills.
- Proficient in preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with financial management, including P&L and budgeting.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
