Werken bij Feneko: Maintenance Quality Officer FenekO Group is een commercieel partnerschap tussen verschillende Belgische producenten van bouwmaterialen in gelakt of bekleed aluminium. Onze unieke "one-stop-shop" ervaring laat elke professionele schrijnwerker toe de nodige accessoires te bestellen voor de totaalafwerking van een residentiële gevel, van vliegenramen en -deuren, sandwichpanelen of decoratieve deurpanelen tot plooiwerk zoals raamtabletten, dakranden en muurkappen. Om deze ervaring te ondersteunen investeert FenekO Group voortdurend in een verbeterde informatisering en automatisatie, gekoppeld aan een performante logistieke service om onze klanten snel te beleveren. Als Maintenance Quality Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsbeheer van bepaalde productieprocessen en beheer je tevens het algemeen & preventiefonderhoud van ons machinepark op de verschillende productiesites. Daarnaast assisteer je één dag per week de preventieadviseur bij onder meer indienststellingen van machines, het mee uitwerken van risicoanalyses,... . Je hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden: Je beheert de zoutneveltesten. Je bent back-up voor de chemische kwalitatieve opvolging van de voorbehandelingsbaden in onze lakkerij. Je stelt procedures, handleidingen en controlebladen op betreffende technische kwaliteitscontroles van productiemachines. Je coördineert en controleert de testen van de zaagmachines, hoekpersen, bewerkingsmachines, lasers en vlakfreestafels om de kwaliteit te optimaliseren. Je werkt de preventieve onderhoudsplannen verder uit en coördineert deze naar de onderhoudsploegen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dossierbeheer van het machinepark. Je ziet toe op het adequaat uitvoeren door externen betreffende preventief onderhoud. Je stemt de frequentie van het preventief onderhoud af op basis van de noden volgens de resultaten van de kwaliteitscontroles. Je volgt de wettelijke keuringen op. Je zorgt voor een optimale en kostprijsbewuste inzet van middelen voor het onderhoud en de verbetering van het machinepark. Assisteren van de preventieadviseur (1 dag/week) Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s van Maintenance & Quality. Dit is een job waarin je zelf je accenten kan leggen. Je krijgt veel ruimte voor inbreng van ideeën en volop gelegenheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen en te groeien. Je bent in het bezit van minimum een bachelor Electromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je kan je in het Nederlands en het Frans vlot uitdrukken, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je hebt een stabiele werkervaring(en) achter de rug, bij voorkeur in een productie-omgeving. Je bent flexibel ingesteld. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en sterk groeiende KMO, waarin je een gevarieerde functie wordt aangeboden. Bij Feneko is er ruimte voor initiatief met een aangename werksfeer.
