The Global Strategic Account Director is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position reports to the Senior Director of Global Strategic Accounts, is part of the Direct Sales team under Commercial Operations, and will be fully remote. What You Will Do Develop and lead strategy, partnerships and teams supporting Cytiva's largest global accounts. Create and lead executive interactions, collaborations, and negotiations. Develop lasting and impactful relationships at the C‑suite level that position Cytiva and Danaher as strategic partners. Resolve complex or unusual business problems by applying advanced critical thinking—coordinates company‑wide resources to provide comprehensive solutions based on the entire product and services portfolio across Cytiva. Negotiate with knowledge and capacity when dealing with highly complex relationships which could occur simultaneously with customers, partners, competitors or suppliers within a multi‑cultural context. Who You Are Must have a natural executive presence with prior senior‑level experience in Life Science or a similar industry. A creative and visionary mindset with demonstrated leadership ability to implement overall customer strategy and drive growth. Ability to negotiate with senior leaders across the business and influence the opinions of others within Cytiva and Danaher and in external organizations, exercising sensitivity to the audience. 10 years+ experience in the life sciences, biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industry and market trends, as well as readily assimilate technical knowledge and translate into business opportunities. Bachelor’s required. Advanced scientific degree and an MBA are preferred. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to travel – up to 50% travel (overnight, international and by air) Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. En tant qu’Global Strategic Account Director, vous êtes responsable de la croissance et de l’expansion des ventes directes ainsi que de la rentabilité sur un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques et/ou une zone géographique définie. Vous développez des relations solides avec les décideurs clés et atteignez les objectifs fixés en matière de chiffre d’affaires et de marge. Ce poste, rattaché au Senior Director, Head of Global Strategic Accounts, fait partie de l’équipe commerciale directe et s’exerce en télétravail intégral. Vos Missions Définir et piloter la stratégie, les partenariats et les équipes dédiées aux plus grands comptes mondiaux de Cytiva. Créer et animer des interactions au plus haut niveau, établir des relations durables avec les dirigeants (C‑suite) et positionner Cytiva et Danaher comme partenaires stratégiques. Résoudre des problématiques commerciales complexes en coordonnant les ressources internes pour proposer des solutions globales issues de l’ensemble du portefeuille Cytiva. Mener des négociations de haut niveau dans des environnements multiculturels impliquant clients, partenaires, concurrents et fournisseurs. Assurer une forte mobilité internationale : jusqu’à 50 % de déplacements. Profil Recherché Présence affirmée auprès des instances dirigeantes, avec une expérience confirmée dans un poste de direction dans les sciences de la vie ou un secteur connexe. Vision stratégique et esprit innovant, avec une capacité démontrée à déployer une stratégie client globale et à générer de la croissance. Excellentes compétences en négociation et en influence auprès de dirigeants internes et externes, avec une forte sensibilité interculturelle. Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans les sciences de la vie, la biotechnologie ou l’industrie biopharmaceutique, avec une compréhension approfondie du marché et la capacité à transformer des connaissances techniques en opportunités commerciales.
