Job Schedule Full time Job Description Brief We are currently looking for an investment funds lawyer, ideally multilingual English, German and French and with at least 3-5 years' experience, to join our investment funds team in Luxembourg. Candidate Summary The successful candidate will ideally be a 3-5+ PQE lawyer having trained in either a top tier Luxembourg firm or international firm and the individual will have an ambition to support the growth and development of our Luxembourg Investment Funds team, as part of a global offering.Candidates will have a strong academic background and an outgoing personality. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will also be a team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to be actively involved in business development. As well as having the experience mentioned above, the candidate should be: You have minimum a Master 2 in Law. You have at least 3-5 years of experience in investment Funds in Luxembourg. You have experience in Common law. You are qualified in Luxembourg bar. You are solution-oriented, conscientious and you provide a high-standard work. You have excellent communication, teamwork skills. You have a perfect knowledge of both oral and written in German, English and French. An outgoing personality, pro-activity and efficiency are qualities we value highly. The Opportunity You will be in charge of advising clients on a variety of legal issues. You will manage and supervise Junior Associate. You will represent the Firm towards its clients and the Fund Industry associations, You will participate in the Fund Practice group and the knowledge sharing through the Firm.
