Als Tendering Specialist ben jij de speler in de wereld van overheidsopdrachten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles juridisch waterdicht en strategisch slim wordt aangepakt. Jouw taken:

  • Advies en begeleiding: Je voorziet het management en collega's van strategisch advies over overheidsopdrachten. Jouw input maakt het verschil
  • Planning en coördinatie: Je stelt een helder proces op, zodat elke aanbesteding vlot en volgens de regels verloopt.
  • Opstellen en evalueren: Van bestekken tot offertes en gunningsverslagen – jij zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling.
  • Publicatie en opvolging: Je waakt over de juiste uitvoering van procedures en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokkenen.
  • Probleemoplossing: Vragen, klachten of bezwaren? Jij hebt altijd een antwoord (of weet precies waar het te vinden).
  • Toekomstgericht denken: Je houdt nieuwe wetgeving in de gaten en zorgt dat we altijd een stap voor zijn.

Waarom jij de perfecte kandidaat bent

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelor en drie jaar ervaring in overheidsopdrachten.
  • De wet overheidsopdrachten is jouw speeltuin, en je kent de tools zoals Public Procurement platform, e-Depot en Telemarc.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, hebt een goede kennis van Frans en kan je uit de slag trekken in het Engels.
  • MS Office is voor jou gesneden koek; kennis van SAP is een mooie plus.
  • Strakke deadlines? Jij bewaart de kalmte en stelt moeiteloos prioriteiten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt kritisch en hebt een gezonde dosis oplossingsgerichtheid.
