Job title: Functional Analyst Location: Brussels, Belgium Language requirement: French/ Dutch Preferred Experience Range: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: Understand Client's existing Life & Pensions business processes and system landscape. Analyze Mainframe and CICS-based applications to map data flows and business logic. Conduct discussions with business users and IT teams to gather requirements. Document As-Is processes, system interfaces, and functional specifications. Support identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities. Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in the insurance domain. Strong knowledge of Life and Pension products in the Belgian market. Added Advantage if knowledge on Mainframe, CICS, JCL, and COBOL. Experience in documenting processes and preparing functional specifications. Strong analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English & French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
