Je nieuwe functie Als HR officer ben je zowel verantwoordelijk voor HR adminsitratie als het beheer van het wagenpark Jouw taken op administratief vlak zijn Administratie: de opvolging van HR‐documenten voor het personeel (tewerkstellingsattesten, verloven, re‐integraties, medische controles, registratie van prestaties van interimkrachten, opvolging van inkomende facturen, ...). De aangifte en administratie rond arbeidsongevallen. Je verzorgt de aan‐ en afmeldingen bij de hospitalisatie‐ en groepsverzekering. Je helpt mee om personeelsevents mee te organiseren. SPOC: je beantwoordt de HR‐mailbox en speelt moeilijkere vragen door naar de HR specialisten. Rekrutering: Je plaatst vacatures op jobboards en volgt kandidaturen op. Onboarding & Offboarding: Je organiseert de instroom en het vertrek van medewerkers (contracten, documenten, correspondentie, ...). Bestellingen van voertuigen en coördinatie met leveranciers. Je beheert het einde van de leasing: Je organiseert de overname en inschrijving van de voertuigen. Veiligheid en wetgeving: Je waakt over een veilig en wettelijk correct gebruik van de voertuigen, in samenwerking met de afdelingsverantwoordelijken (onderhoud, technische keuringen, bandenwissels, enz.). Vlootadministratie: Je beheert leasingcontracten, brandstof‐ en/of laadpassen, verzekeringen, boetes en keurt daaraan gekoppelde facturen goed. Je stelt rapporten op over de wagenvloot. Jouw profiel Je hebt een passie voor HR en fleet management en kan een eerste relevante ervaring van minstens 2 jaar in een gelijkaardige of HR-functie aantonen. Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en een uitstekend organisatorisch talent Je hebt ervaring met Excel (Vlookup) en PowerPoint Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Frans.
