Jobbeschrijving Als Business Continuity Manager ontwikkel, implementeer en borg je de strategie op het gebied van bedrijfscontinuïteit en veerkracht binnen een snel veranderende IT-omgeving. Je fungeert als strategisch adviseur en coördinator in het gehele spectrum van risico's die de bedrijfsvoering kunnen onderbreken - van technische storingen en cyberaanvallen tot pandemieën en leveranciersuitval. Verantwoordelijkheden Je werkt nauw samen met diverse interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder IT-coördinatoren, om tot een coherente aanpak te komen. Je ontwikkelt en stuurt de enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategie aan. Je coördineert Business Impact Analyses (BIA's) en risico-assessments en baseert er de Business Continuityplannen op. Je implementeert en onderhoudt crisismanagementprocessen. Je leidt periodieke tests, simulaties en maturity assessments (ISO 22301, NIST, etc.). Je adviseert directie en senior stakeholders over risico's, resilience en strategische keuzes. Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor IT Security, Compliance, Audit en Legal. Vereisten Bachelor of master (of gelijkwaardig). Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in Business Continuity Management of IT Risk Management. Erfaring in een complexe en veranderende IT-omgeving. Goede kennis van ISO 22301 en ITIL. Ervaring met audits en (regulatoire) toetsingen. Kennis van Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bewezen ervaring in stakeholdermanagement op directieniveau. Achtergrond in IT, Security, Risk of Business Administration.
