Get in touch now.What you will doSupport the ICRO in shaping and governing IT Continuity & Resilience across the organisation.Define and promote IT Continuity, Resilience and Cyber Resilience principles.Deploy policies, frameworks, methods and tools within all IT tribes.Review architectures and technical designs from a resilience standpoint.Coordinate IT Continuity, DR and Cyber Resilience exercises.Report on continuity posture, risks and improvement actions.Build strong relationships with tribe continuity contacts and challenge stakeholders where needed.What you bringMinimum 5 years of experience in IT Continuity, Resilience or DR.Strong understanding of infrastructure and application landscapes.Ability to translate resilience expectations for technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with policies, processes, procedures and governance.Ability to read, assess and validate architecture diagrams from a resilience viewpoint.Knowledge of Agile practices and stakeholder management.Strong communication, analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.Interested?
