Om de duurzame groei verder te ontwikkelen, verwelkomt ADD VALUE graag een ondernemende Partner in Human Capital Development (Direct / Executive Recruitment & Talent Management). OM TE ONDERNEMEN: Zet je in op drie domeinen: de verdere ontwikkeling van jouw portefeuille, de consulting naar jouw klanten én de concrete uitvoering van jouw recruitment en eventueel talent management activiteiten; Start je de projecten zelfstandig op vanaf de intake tot en met de succesvolle oplevering ervan; Hou je van commercieel werk en relatiemanagement om zodoende nieuwe klantenrelaties te smeden en bestaande contacten te verdiepen; Ben je daadwerkelijk betrokken in de verdere uitbouw en strategie van Add Value; Krijg je toegang om kennis in talent management / assessmentmethodieken te vediepen; Werk je op maat gemaakte HR adviezen uit, alsook de operationele ondersteuning ervan bij klanten; Bepaal je jouw eigen doelstellingen en budgetten op jaarbasis. ONZE NIEUW 'MEMBER OF THE ADD VALUE TEAM': Heeft een grote interesse voor de mens en de socio-economische actualiteit; Bezit een Universitaire opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring; Kan terugblikken op een gedegen en succesvolle ervaring in het bedrijfsleven, liefst in een commerciële rol in een B-to-B services omgeving; Is een ondernemende en mature professional en gesprekspartner, met een passie voor kwaliteit; Is in staat om een klantenportefeuille zelfstandig te beheren en (via aanbevelingen en prospectie) uit te breiden; Beschikt over een (beperkt) netwerk en de drive om dit verder te ontwikkelen; Is Nederlandstalig, met een goede kennis van F/E. BIJ ONS GENIET JE VAN Zeer grote autonomie, zelfregulering en zelfstandigheid, binnen een ervaren en performant team en met professionele ondersteuning : – inhoudelijke kruisbestuiving door de Partners; – het uitwisselen van klanten- en marktkennis; – verder professionaliseren van de HR vaardigheden; – administratieve ondersteuning door het office management. Een betrokken team, met zeer snelle en korte communicatie- en beslissingslijnen; Een hybride werkomgeving; Deze functie omvat zowel inhoudelijke als operationele taken.
