Voor een overheidsorganisatie met meer dan 850 medewerkers die instaat voor een duurzame, efficiënte en comfortabele werkomgeving voor duizenden ambtenaren, zoeken we een Senior Regioverantwoordelijke Facility Management . Je komt terecht in een afdeling van ongeveer 500 collega’s die instaan voor het technisch beheer, de uitbating, schoonmaak en catering van diverse grote en kleine kantoorgebouwen. De facilitaire werking is opgesplitst in 8 regio’s. Jouw rol Als regioverantwoordelijke ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met facilitair beheer binnen jouw regio. Je: Leidt een divers, operationeel en technisch team (3–15 medewerkers per subteam). Geeft directe leiding aan: 2 Facilitair Gebouwverantwoordelijken 1 Coördinator Technisch Beheer 1 Chef-Catering 1 Coördinator Schoonmaak Bewaakt de kwaliteit van alle facilitaire diensten: technisch beheer, uitbating, schoonmaak, catering en logistiek. Onderhoudt relaties met interne en externe stakeholders. Levert beleidsinput en werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten binnen de afdeling. Vertegenwoordigt de visie en verwachtingen van de gebruikers in nieuwbouw- en optimalisatieprojecten. Kort gezegd: je runt het volledige “huishouden” van de kantoorgebouwen in jouw regio en zorgt voor een vlotte, klantgerichte dienstverlening Wie zoeken we? Je hebt ruime ervaring met: Facilitair management op senior niveau Leidinggeven aan operationele en technische teams (ook op afstand) Schoonmaak, catering, technisch beheer en uitbating van grote gebouwen Stakeholdermanagement, contractbeheer en klantgericht werken Je vindt moeiteloos de balans tussen uniforme werking én maatwerk per gebouw/klant. Heb je 10+ jaar relevante ervaring en ben je sterk in het organiseren, aansturen én optimaliseren van facilitaire dienstverlening? Dan is dit jouw rol. 📍 Praktische info Standplaatsen: Leuven (Dirk Boutsgebouw) Brussel (Martelaarsplein) Je pendelt tussen beide locaties afhankelijk van meetings/aanwezigheid. Bezoeken aan kleinere gebouwen zijn mogelijk Thuiswerk is beperkt mogelijk.
