Notre client basé à Bruxelles est à la recherche d'un Change Officer FR/EN Démarrage : 02/01/2026 Bruxelles Long terme Secteur public Formation, certifications et qualifications Master en sciences sociales ou humaines (anthropologie, economics, etc.). Certifications en Change Management, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Advanced Business Process Management. Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais. Expérience professionnelle Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'accompagnement du changement, le consulting et le coaching, incluant des missions de PMO, change manager, facilitatrice et formatrice. Pilotage et accompagnement de projets de transformation organisationnelle, développement des talents, intelligence collective et gouvernance participative. Interventions dans des environnements variés, notamment dans le secteur informatique et universitaire. Compétences techniques Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion du changement (Change Management, Agile, facilitation, coaching). Compétences en gestion de projet, analyse d'impact, gestion des risques et formation des équipes. Compétences non techniques Écoute active, empathie, assertivité, capacité à gérer les conflits, leadership, autonomie, résilience et adaptabilité. Collaboration et coaching individuel/collectif. Animation d'ateliers participatifs et de formations (intelligence collective, communication assertive, gestion du stress, etc.). Compétences clés Expertise solide en Change Management, appliquée récemment dans des projets de transformation complexes. Compétences éprouvées en PRINCE2 Practitioner et Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, mobilisées pour structurer, optimiser et sécuriser les projets. Connaissances opérationnelles en Agile et SCRUM, permettant d'intervenir dans des environnements hybrides et adaptatifs. Capacité confirmée à assurer un rôle de PMO, de facilitatrice et de formatrice dans des contextes organisationnels variés. Maîtrise de l'intelligence collective et de la gouvernance participative pour dynamiser la collaboration des équipes. Langues Français : natif ou bilingue Anglais : niveau professionnel
