afarax is looking for a freelance IT Process Officer. We need you The project: Our client in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced IT Process Officer to strengthen their team. Objectives of the job: Clearly articulate the E2E IT process (from requirements, architecture, analysis, development, testing, release to run) Work closely with IT departments and other E2E process owners to understand their process and project requirements Collaborate with IT departments to analyze the existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and new initiatives Facilitate communication and collaboration among project improvement teams and stakeholders for alignment and transparency Conduct project reviews to assess performance and compliance, extract lessons learned, and provide recommendations for future enhancements Support the adaptation to new solutions and oversee the change management process Provide support to the teams in terms of motivation, training, and development to ensure a strong, motivated, and high-performing team aligned with various IT visions Coordinate and monitor collaboration between your team and teams from different IT divisions. Is this you? Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French University graduate or equivalent Process Managmeent IT knowlefge Business and functional analysis Project Management MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Azure DevOps Insurance or finance sector / Application development Insurance business knowledge Experience in working in complex organizations Data Management How afarax supports you?
