An innovative organization operating within a technology-driven and entrepreneurial ecosystem, supported by a leading Belgian public institution, is looking for a Talent & Office Manager to continue building a high-impact team in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a full-time freelance assignment for an initial duration of 12 months. EN Start : January Brussels 1 year Full-time Role The Talent & Office Manager plays a key role in creating an effective and engaging work environment for highly talented teams, both on-site and remote. Main responsibilities include: Strengthening team cohesion within a diverse, hybrid ecosystem Managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes Supporting managers in talent and skills management Organizing team events Supporting individual and team development to enable high-performing teams Managing and continuously improving the office environment and workspace Handling administrative and operational tasks: procurement, invoicing, financial reporting, travel, expenses and regulatory administration (A1, Limosa, etc.) Providing administrative support for collaboration tools and internal processes Temporary support to accounts payable when required Supporting the management team (meeting organization, travel arrangements, minutes, etc.) The role also involves actively promoting the vision and values of the organization and leading by example. Candidate Profile Proven experience managing a fast-paced office environment Strong attention to detail with excellent execution skills Proactive, adaptable, autonomous, with a strong service mindset Highly organized; basic accounting knowledge and numerical fluency Full professional proficiency in English Strong interest in team culture and talent development High standards of professional and intellectual integrity Ability to handle success, failure and feedback constructively
