About the Role We are looking for an experienced Accounting Consultant with strong data-driven capabilities to support the General Accounting & Consolidation team. This role combines operational accounting expertise with analytical and automation-focused initiatives to help optimize financial processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Analyze and resolve reconciliation issues between operational and accounting systems. Contribute to the automation of consolidation processes across the group. Improve the parametrization and analysis of accounting transactions . Enhance the framework for manual entries , driving reduction and action plans. Support the implementation of the e-invoicing framework . Collaborate with the Finance (Agile) Squad to provide financial expertise and insights. Support monthly and quarterly closings , identifying improvement opportunities to streamline processes. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Technical Skills: Strong background in accounting and data management . Experience with process automation and systems integration is a plus. Languages: Dutch (good), French (fluent), English (fluent) Soft Skills Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail . Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
