Onze expertise strekt zich uit over verschillende rechtsgebieden, waaronder contractenrecht, vastgoed, overheidsopdrachten, energie, ondernemingsrecht en sociaal recht. Ter ondersteuning van onze groei zijn wij op zoek naar ervaren Freelance Legal Interim Managers gevestigd in BE. Wij bieden tevens een netwerkuitwisseling aan binnen onze andere niches van aankoop, supply chain. Functieomschrijving: Als Freelance Legal of Compliance Interim Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van juridische ondersteuning en advies aan onze cliënten on site of deels remote. Je zult werken aan diverse projecten en juridische vraagstukken binnen de volgende rechtsgebieden: Contractenrecht: Opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen van contracten. Vastgoed: Juridische begeleiding bij vastgoedtransacties en -projecten. Overheidsopdrachten: Adviseren over en begeleiden van aanbestedingsprocedures. Energie: Juridische ondersteuning bij energieprojecten en -contracten. Commercial & Corporate Law: Adviseren over commercial contracts, corporate governance, fusies en overnames. Sociaal recht: Ondersteuning bij arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en geschillen. Advies en support in AML & KYC bij onze grootbank klanten Profiel: Afgeronde universitaire opleiding Master in Law Minimaal 3 -5 jaar relevante werkervaring. Uitgebreide kennis & ervaring met bovengenoemde rechtsgebieden. Sterke analytische & probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Proactieve en flexibele werkhouding. NL- EN, FR is een troef Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en snel te schakelen tussen verschillende projecten.
