Biofresh

Biofresh is een van de toonaangevende distributeurs van biologische voedingsproducten in België. Via het netwerk van klanten en de eigen merken van de groep willen we oplossingen bieden die beantwoorden aan de uitdagingen van vandaag. Functie

We ondergaan momenteel een grote verandering in ons productaanbod. We willen een meer geharmoniseerd en efficiënter productaanbod in de winkel aanbieden en tegelijk onze doelstellingen inzake veranderende consumptiepatronen (meer lokaal, gezonder, toegankelijker, ecologischer) bereiken.

Als Category Manager,

- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende categorieën in België

- Je werkt samen met onze leveranciers om het assortiment te identificeren dat het best beantwoordt aan de behoeften van zowel zelfstandige winkels als winkels van onze eigen merken.

- Je werkt samen met Nederland om strategie en assortiment op elkaar af te stemmen.

- Je stelt planogrammen op voor de Färm-winkels, die een samenvatting zijn van de productaanbevelingen. Je bekijkt samen met de winkelondersteuningsteams hoe de werking van deze planogrammen het best kan worden geoptimaliseerd.

- Je ontwikkelt een promotieplan in samenwerking met leveranciers en ziet toe op het succes ervan in de winkel.

- Je monitort markttrends en zorgt ervoor dat het assortiment en de prijzen voldoen aan de vraag van de klant.

- Je werkt samen met collega's van Category Management.

Profiel en vaardigheden

- Je hebt een diploma in management en/of relevante ervaring in dit vakgebied.

- Je bent een aangenaam persoon om mee samen te werken.

- Je kent en waardeert biologische voedingsproducten.

- Je hebt analytische vaardigheden en weet hoe je met een objectief voorstel moet komen op basis van een analyse van de informatie waarover je beschikt. Je bent niet bang voor een Excel spreadsheet.

- Je houdt van delen en overtuigen. Je bent op je gemak tijdens vergaderingen.

- Je bent tweetalig (Fr/Nl) met een basiskennis Engels.

Fonction

Nous sommes engagés dans un grand changement de notre offre de produit. Nous voulons proposer une offre plus harmonisée et plus efficace en magasin tout en réalisant nos objectifs de changements de consommation (plus locale, plus durable, plus saine, plus accessible, plus écologique).

En tant que Category Manager,

- Vous êtes responsable de plusieurs catégories en Belgique

- Vous collaborez avec nos fournisseurs pour identifier l'offre qui correspond le mieux aux besoins des magasins indépendants mais également de nos magasins sous nos enseignes.

- Vous collaborez avec les Pays-Bas pour aligner la stratégie et l'assortiment.

- Vous élaborez des planogrammes pour les magasins Färm qui sont la synthèse des recommandations de produits. Vous regardez pour optimiser au mieux le fonctionnement de ces planogrammes avec les équipes d'accompagnement des magasins.

- Vous élaborez un plan de promotion en collaboration avec les fournisseurs et vous vous assurez de son succès en magasin.

- Vous suivez les évolutions du marché et vous assurez que l'offre et son prix répondent à la demande des clients

- Vous travaillez en collaboration avec les collègues du Category Management.

Profil et compétences

- Vous avez un diplôme en gestion et/ou une expérience relevante dans ce domaine.

- Vous êtes une personne avec qui il est agréable de travailler

- Vous connaissez et appréciez les produits d'alimentation bio.

- Vous avez des compétences analytiques et savez arriver à une proposition objective basée sur une analyse des informations à votre disposition. Un tableau excel ne vous fait pas peur.

- Vous aimez partager et convaincre. Vous êtes à l'aise dans des réunions.

- Vous êtes bilingues (Fr/Nl) avec des notions d'Anglais.
