Strategic Business Development Manager – Logistics & Transport Based in Brussels | OTE €130K + company car | Full-time We are a leading packaging and freight solutions provider, supporting clients across Europe and global markets. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a strategic, commercially driven Business Development Manager who will combine new business acquisition with ownership of our largest international key accounts. The role also has scope for people management and geographical relocation to spear head international growth. Key Responsibilities Drive acquisition of new strategic and multinational clients, managing complex, consultative sales cycles. Take ownership of the company's largest international key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers. Lead high-level consultative discussions with executives to understand freight, transport, and packaging challenges. Travel including up to 10 international trips per year. Career Progression Opportunities Opportunity to take on management responsibility for the Key Accounts team, mentoring and leading strategic account managers while shaping client strategy at group level. High performers will have the opportunity to relocate internationally, supporting business expansion and growth internationally. Your Profile 5+ years' experience in business development or strategic account management, ideally within logistics, transport, packaging, or supply chain. Proven success in winning and managing large international or enterprise clients. Fluent in English Motivated individual who is passionate about scaling their career within a fast expanding business. Highly skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and complex sales environments.
