Als Accounting Officer ben jij de spil in het financieel beheer van een aantal van onze gebouwen. Je werkt samen met de technische beheerder en staat in voor de boekhouding van de vereniging van mede-eigenaars (VME) in die gebouwen. Je leeft je uit in cijfers en houdt van een vlotte communicatie met onze klanten. De jaarlijkse afsluiting van de boekhouding wordt helemaal jouw ding. Daarbij zet je de gemeenschappelijke kosten van de VME vlot om naar individuele afrekeningen per eigenaar. Je rapporteert aan de Financial Director. Je voert de dubbele boekhouding voor onze gebouwen in mede-eigendom. Je communiceert regelmatig met onze klanten: je vraagt provisies op bij de mede-eigenaars en volgt gemeenschappeljke uitgaven, kosten en betalingen op een transparante manier op. Je staat in voor de financiële gezondheid van 'jouw' gebouwen: je beheert het reservekapitaal van de VME; maakt budgetten op en zorgt voor de individuele afrekeningen van de mede-eigenaars. Je overlegt regelmatig met de rekeningcommissaris van de VME, en beantwoordt de vragen van eigenaars over hun periodieke afrekeningen. Je voert een aantal administratieve boekhoudkundige taken uit. Je hebt bij voorkeur een graduaatsdiploma in een boekhoudkundige of administratieve richting, of je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als administratieve boekhouder in de syndicussector. Je spreekt en schrijft probleemloos in het Nederlands. Je vindt het fijn om met klanten en partners te communiceren en doet dit op een heldere en open manier. Je bent analytisch en voert je taken procesmatig en nauwkeurig uit. Samenwerken met collega's geeft je energie en tegelijkertijd neem je ook vlot eigenaarschap over nieuwe uitdagingen in je takenpakket. De meest courante Office-toepassingen hebben geen geheimen voor jou. Ben je al vertrouwd met Syndesk? Dat is een troef, maar geen must. Je wordt warm van onze missie om de meest betrouwbare en professionele partner van al onze klanten te worden. En je bouwt graag mee aan de 'syndicus van morgen'.
