As a Key Account Manager at Randstad Digital, you can expect a challenging and dynamic job, where you get the chance to work with talented and motivated teams.

We are hiring an experienced people leader and sales expert to lead and grow our engagement with European Institutions with a specific focus on the European Commission.

As the primary point of contact, you will drive strategic relationships, identify business opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of our talent services & solutions that align with the Commission's goals and initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for European Institutions. You will predominantly occupy yourself with nurturing, expanding business with existing clients, and building relationships with new clients.

How will you achieve that goal?

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the Commission's priorities and aligning them with our talent services and solutions.
  • The clients/senior leadership will know you as the 'voice and partner of Randstad Digital' as you will manage the overall account planning.
  • To enhance customer engagement and satisfaction you will ensure a robust after-sales process.
  • Monitor market trends, policy developments, and budget cycles to identify new opportunities.
  • Thanks to your clear and well-built strategy, you are able to align all the different departments to meet the commercial objectives and achieve revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • In case a contract requires a consortium set-up, you will take the lead in creating and managing the consortia Randstad Digital is leading in and will be the stakeholder of Randstad Digital in other consortia.

So what are we looking for?

  • Deep understanding of the European Commission's structure, processes, and decision-making mechanisms.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across European Commission Directorates-General, Agencies, and other institutions.
  • You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in Account Management – with a focus on IT services or solutions.
  • You have a strong understanding of the digital industry in which your clients operate.
  • Lead the development of tailored proposals and tender responses for EU opportunities.
  • Experience with managing teams is a must. People management is a skill you love.
  • A strategic thinker, with the right analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
  • You're fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
