- De eerste zesmaanden volg je een intensief startprogramma : een combinatie van online en face-to-face opleidingen in één van onze KBC Live Hubs in Antwerpen, Brussel, Leuven, Geel, Hasselt, Gent of Roeselare. Vanuit deze hubs helpen we klanten op afstand.
- Na die periode ben je klaar om ons commercieel netwerk te versterken met je salestalent . We kiezen een werkplek voor jou waar je vlot geraakt en waar er voldoende ervaren collega's zijn die je kunnen begeleiden. Je leert onze klanten kennen en helpt hen met dagdagelijkse bankzaken.
- Omdat je elke dag in contact bent met klanten, ontdek je welke expertise jou het meest aanspreekt: particulieren adviseren over een woonkrediet of een verzekering, dan wel startende zelfstandigen ondersteunen of klanten overtuigen van onze beleggingsproducten. De Starters Sales Coach die je begeleidt , helpt je om te kiezen.
- Zodra je weet welke richting je uit wil, dompelen we je onder in je gekozen expertise. Zo groei je uit tot Expert in wonen & verzekeren, oplossingen voor ondernemers of vermogensopbouw. Afhankelijk van die keuze en je woonplaats, matchen we je aan een lokale werkplek zodat je in je eigen regio kan werken.
- Je helpt klanten aan het loket en telefonisch, maar ook via chat of e-mail. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en je ondersteunt hen bij alle facetten van digitaal bankieren.
- Met het juiste persoonlijke advies en je talent voor sales overtuig je klanten van de meerwaarde van onze producten.
- Je contacteert potentiële klanten proactief om bij te dragen tot de commerciële doelstellingen van het kantoor. Geen cold calling, wel het gesprek aangaan met warme leads.
- Bij jou merken klanten echt dat ze op de eerste plaats komen. Dankzij je resultaat- en klantgerichte aanpak win je hun vertrouwen. Zo versterk je de klantbinding .
- Zie je een commerciële opportuniteit? Je bent al lang in actie geschoten. Je bent dan ook de geknipte persoon om commerciële acties op te zetten - samen met je team.
- Met een positieve uitstraling draag je onze merkwaarden uit en draag je bij tot onze verdere groei.
- Je hebt een bachelor- of een masterdiploma . In deze commercial track groei je uit tot salesexpert aan je eigen tempo.
- Het is vooral belangrijk dat je energie krijgt van klantencontacten, commerciële targets halen en proactief meedenken.
- Bovendien ben je ervan overtuigd dat de juiste financiële producten en diensten een groot verschil maken in het dagelijkse leven, dus daar wil je je (verder) in verdiepen.
- Je gaat aan de slag met veel energie en gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid .
- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands.
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office-toepassingen en je kijkt ernaar uit om met digitale collaboration tools aan de slag te gaan.
