Project Support

SECO Belgium est à la recherche d'un(e) Project Support pour son service de contrôle techinique.

SECO s'est développé dans deux domaines principaux : le contrôle technique des projets de construction et la certification, l'inspection et l'agrément technique des produits, processus et services de construction.

Votre rôle :

  • Vous serez chargé de gérer les processus administratifs et de soutenir nos ingénieurs de projet et nos Operations Managers ;
  • Vous assurez le bon déroulement de la facturation mensuelle des clients et le suivi du budget en collaboration avec les ingénieurs de projet, et vous êtes étroitement impliqué dans la création et le maintien des dossiers de projet ;
  • La mise à jour des bases de données (ERP, Excel) et la coordination des tâches administratives font également partie de vos responsabilités ;
  • Grâce à votre approche proactive et à vos compétences de communication, vous êtes en mesure de communiquer efficacement avec les différentes parties prenantes et d'entretenir de bonnes relations avec vos collègues.

Votre profile:

  • Nous recherchons un Project Support qui, en plus d'être titulaire d'un bachelor ou d'un master, a une véritable passion pour les tâches administratives et la gestion des dossiers ;
  • Grâce à votre sens du détail et à votre approche structurée, vous serez la clé du succès de notre équipe ;
  • Votre attitude orientée client et vos excellentes compétences en communication vous permettent de communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Vous connaissez les bases de données et avez de l'expérience avec diverses applications informatiques ?
  • Vous n'avez pas peur des chiffres et possédez de solides compétences analytiques ;
  • Vous pouvez travailler de manière indépendante, mais vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement d'équipe où vous êtes toujours prêt à soutenir vos collègues ?
  • Vous êtes néerlandophone et possédez une bonne connaissance du français ou francophone avec une bonne connaissance du néerlandais ?

Project Support

SECO België is op zoek naar een(e) Project Support voor de afdeling technische controle.

SECO heeft zich in twee belangrijke domeinen ontwikkeld: de technische controle van bouwprojecten en de certificatie, de inspectie en de technische goedkeuring van bouwproducten, -processen en –diensten.

Je rol :

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van administratieve processen en het ondersteunen van onze projectingenieurs en Operations Managers ;
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van de maandelijkse klantenfacturatie en budgetopvolging in samenwerking met de projectingenieurs, en bent nauw betrokken bij het opzetten en onderhouden van projectdossiers ;
  • Het up-to-date houden van databases (ERP, Excel) en het coördineren van administratieve taken behoren ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden ;
  • Met jouw proactieve aanpak en communicatieve vaardigheden, ben je in staat om effectief te communiceren met verschillende stakeholders en onderhoud je goede relaties met collega's.

Je profiel :

  • Wij zoeken een Project Support die niet alleen beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, maar ook een ware passie heeft voor administratieve taken en dossierbeheer;
  • Met jouw scherp oog voor detail en gestructureerde aanpak ben jij de sleutel tot succes in ons team;
  • Met jouw klantgerichte instelling en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, ben je in staat om effectief te communiceren met zowel interne als externe stakeholders ;
  • Ben je bekend met databases en heb je ervaring met verschillende informatica-toepassingen?
  • Je bent niet bang voor cijfers en beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen ;
  • Kun je zelfstandig werken, maar gedij je ook in een teamomgeving waar je altijd klaarstaat om je collega's te ondersteunen?
  • Ben je Nederlandstalig en bezit je een goede kennis van het Frans of Franstalig met goede kennis van het Nederlands?
