KONE France BeLux is looking for an Operations Manager / Responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel W/M. Reporting to the HR Director, you will supervise the payroll operations and lead the teams, helping them to develop their skills. You will be a driving force in your area of responsibility, implementing improvements to existing processes.
The position is based in Brussels, with regular travel in France.
Responsibilities- Lead, manage, evaluate and develop the team to ensure that the organization's payroll and administration strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and in line with established global and local processes and budgets.
- Ensure the continuous optimization of payroll and administration processes and tools to achieve the most efficient way of working.
- Continuously question the current situation of our payroll processes and define clear actions to achieve the optimal solution, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders involved.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and initiate clearly defined actions to put these ideas into practice.
- Maintain a good working relationship with our shared services center in Bratislava, which helps us with day-to-day administration.
- Participate in a number of compensation and benefits projects.
- You have proven experience in the various functionalities of Belgian payroll for blue-collar and white-collar workers.
- You have experience in optimizing and digitizing payroll processes.
- You are strong in building internal networks and can rely on your communication skills to do so.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
- Knowledge of Evolution/DOTS (Attentia) and experience with Luxembourg and French payroll is a plus.
