As they continue to expand our Salesforce practice, we are looking for a talented Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developers to join the team. Your Role As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions. What You'll Do Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs Collaborate with functional teams to transform business requirements into robust technical designs Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST, SOAP, middleware platforms) Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation Participate in technical design sessions and provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, including deployment and post-go-live optimization Contribute to internal frameworks, accelerators, and knowledge-sharing initiatives What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex project environments Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration Experience with integrations, DevOps, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Azure DevOps) Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and governor limits Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or JavaScript Developer I are a strong plus Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage A passion for innovation and continuous learning in the Salesforce ecosystem What They Offer A dynamic and international environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds Flexibility through hybrid working and multiple office hubs across Belgium Continuous training, certifications, and career development opportunities Competitive salary with attractive company benefits.
