FSL professionals wanted for a leading global consulting company with a strong presence across Belgium. They have multiple innovation hubs and a diverse portfolio of clients. As they continue to expand our Salesforce practice, we are looking for a talented Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant to join the team. Your Role As a Salesforce FSL Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Field Service Lightning solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their field service digital transformation journey and ensuring that every solution is aligned with best practices and business goals. What You'll Do Lead workshops to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable FSL solutions Configure, customize, and deploy Salesforce FSL components Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality implementations Support full project lifecycle—from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support Advise clients on industry standards, process optimization, and Salesforce capabilities Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the growth of our Salesforce practice What We're Looking For Proven experience implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Mobile, etc.) Ability to analyse business requirements and design functional solutions Excellent communication and client-facing skills Salesforce certifications such as FSL Consultant, Admin, or Service Cloud Consultant are a strong plus Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset Passion for technology and continuous learning What They Offer A dynamic and international environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds Flexibility through hybrid working and multiple office hubs across Belgium Continuous training, certifications, and career development opportunities Competitive salary with attractive company benefits.
