DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? Strong experience (2+ years) in Salesforce project delivery, with a solid understanding of functional consulting. Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops and design scalable, client-centric CRM solutions. Familiar with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing), data modelling, and AppExchange tools. Adept at translating business needs into clear user stories and collaborating with technical teams. Skilled in documentation, training, and change management to support long-term adoption. Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Consultant...) are strong assets. Fluent in French and English – Dutch or Portuguese is a plus. YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst, your mission will include: Business Analysis & Advisory – Lead client workshops, challenge assumptions, and co-design efficient solutions. Functional Design & Documentation – Translate needs into clear specs and functional documents. Client Delivery – Ensure project milestones are met with high quality and alignment. Testing & Validation – Define test cases and validate end-to-end solutions. Training & Change Enablement – Deliver training and support users in adoption and change. Team Collaboration – Work closely with developers, architects, and PMs; support and mentor junior consultants.
