Voor een gerespecteerde en toonaangevende speler binnen België zijn wij op zoek naar een M&A Analist . In deze rol werk je nauw samen met het corporate finance- en dealteam en ondersteun je bij fusies, overnames en andere strategische transacties. Onze klant is een gevestigde en financieel sterke organisatie, bekend om haar strategische en professionele aanpak bij corporate deals. Het bedrijf biedt een stimulerende omgeving waarin jouw analyses en inzichten direct impact hebben op belangrijke strategische beslissingen. Takenpakket als M&A Analist: Ondersteunen van het M&A-team bij due diligence-projecten, financiële analyses en waarderingsstudies. Uitvoeren van markt- en sectoranalyses ter voorbereiding van acquisities of desinvesteringen. Opstellen van financiële modellen, scenario-analyses en presentaties voor management en stakeholders. Meewerken aan de voorbereiding van transactiedocumentatie, inclusief informatie memoranda en deal-proposities. Coördineren en opvolgen van interne en externe partijen tijdens het M&A-proces. Bijdragen aan strategische projecten en ad hoc analyses die het management ondersteunen bij investerings- en overnamedecisies. Profiel als M&A Analist: Master in TEW, Finance, Handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen M&A, corporate finance of transaction advisory, bij voorkeur in een Big 4-omgeving of vergelijkbare setting. Sterke financiële en analytische vaardigheden, met ervaring in het bouwen en interpreteren van complexe financiële modellen.
