B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Hardware In the Loop Specialist our Automotive team. As a Hardware In the Loop Specialist at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation. Context: Join an exciting automotive project focused on developing applications for the vehicle's Head Unit (infotainment system). You will work on real in-vehicle software, collaborating with an international technical team. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your skills in a complex, innovative, and long-term project environment. Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and validate applications for the vehicle Head Unit Operate and maintain a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test bench to ensure app functionality Participate in daily team meetings and track tasks via Jira Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Demos, Retrospectives) Deliver application features according to the agreed sprint plan Ensure software quality and compliance with project standards Profile Experience in software development, preferably in automotive or embedded systems Knowledge of C++ (other languages like Flutter or Rust is a plus) Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum teams Analytical, proactive, and structured Good communication skills and strong team spirit Motivated to learn and tackle complex technical challenges What can you except as a B.E.S. consultant?
