Role Overview We are seeking a highly proactive and reliable IT Support Specialist with strong experience in the pharma or biotech sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys supporting users with urgency and care, and brings a structured, solution‑oriented mindset to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 IT support as the primary function, with occasional Level 1 and Level 3 involvement. Deliver technical assistance to both remote and on‑site staff across multiple locations. Administer and support the Okta Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform. Work within ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and knowledge articles.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and systems issues with a customer‑focused approach. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations and continuous improvement. Contribute to documentation, knowledge base updates, and process optimisation. Required Qualifications & Experience 3–5+ years of experience in a comparable IT support role.
Background in pharma or biotech organisations. Strong hands-on experience with: Okta IAM administration ServiceNow ITSM processes Demonstrated ability to support both remote and on‑site users. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). Additional fluency in French or Flemish is highly advantageous.
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud‑related credentials are preferred. Interested?
