Onze klant is een snelgroeiend Europees adviesbureau dat klanten adviseert bij het overwinnen van uitdagingen en het creëren van duurzame waarde op het gebied van transacties, herstructureringen, transformatie en financial engineering. Ze groeien snel in al hun verschillende business lines en openen wereldwijd kantoren.

Momenteel zijn ze met 75 medewerkers in Brussel en Amsterdam. Ze gaan op zoek naar een HR Generalist om de verdere ontwikkeling van hun teams te ondersteunen.

Wat zijn je taken en verantwoordelijkheden?

Als HR Generalist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van HR-gerelateerde taken op professioneel niveau en werk je nauw samen met het management. De ideale kandidaat heeft een goed begrip van HR-principes en -praktijken, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om een verscheidenheid aan taken effectief te beheren.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor HR-aangelegenheden in zowel België als Nederland.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een verscheidenheid aan taken, waaronder:

  1. Werving en Onboarding
    • Actieve werving, inclusief coördinatie en selectie van headhunters.
    • Ondersteunen van employer branding initiatieven.
    • Coördinatie van wervingsinspanningen, waaronder het plaatsen van vacatures, het plannen van afspraken en het uitreiken van vacatures.
    • Faciliteren van het inwerkproces voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  2. Relaties met medewerkers
    • Functie als eerste contactpersoon voor vragen en problemen van werknemers.
    • Helpen bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR-beleid en -procedures om naleving van arbeidswet- en regelgeving te waarborgen.
    • Rapporteren van HR-zaken aan het managementteam.
  3. Prestatiemanagement
    • Coördinatie van het tweejaarlijkse prestatiemanagementproces.
  4. Beheer van secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden/ fleetmanagement
    • Beheer van uitkeringsprogramma's voor werknemers, waaronder ziektekostenverzekeringen, groepsverzekeringen, mobiliteitsplannen en andere extraatjes voor werknemers.
    • Medewerkers helpen met vragen over secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
    • Benchmarking van het salarispakket in zowel België als Amsterdam.
  5. HR-administratie
    • Nauwkeurige en up-to-date personeelsdossiers bijhouden.
    • Assisteren bij de salarisverwerking samen met twee sociale secretariaten en zorgen voor een accurate opvolging.
    • Relatie met HR functie op groepsniveau onderhouden en beheren.

Met wie?

Je team zal bestaan uit een office assistent met wie je dagelijks samenwerkt. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met het ondersteuningsteam in hun hoofdkantoor in Parijs en andere kantoren in Europa.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor/Master diploma in Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde, of gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als HR Generalist of soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in een dynamische werkomgeving. (type Big4)
  • Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met medewerkers op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en discreet bij het omgaan met gevoelige informatie.
  • Je werkt efficiënt en je bent stressbestendig.
