**gehele HR-beleid**

- Het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van het HR-beleid
- Structureren van het HR-team en de processen
- Strategisch meedenken in verschillende HR domeinen
- Begeleiden van HR-projecten (retentie, rekruteringsplan, evaluaties, trainingen )
- Adviseren van het HR team en CEO
