HR Business Analyst - 12 months - Brussels Our important client is currently looking for a HR Business Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable. Hybride role with 2 to 3 days onsite per week. Description: As an HR Business Analyst, you ensure that HR applications and master data stay aligned with business needs. You play a key role in improving HR processes and safeguarding data quality across systems. Responsibilities Analyse business needs and translate them into functional HR application changes Coordinate solution design, testing (UAT) and go-live with IT and stakeholders Maintain and improve HR master data (e.g. organisational structure, job catalogues) Monitor and improve HR data quality Act as subject matter expert for HR systems and data Requirements Proven experience as HR Business Analyst / Lead Consultant on SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central, Time, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) Experience coordinating UAT for Employee Central projects 3+ years' experience in end-to-end HR process digitalisation Experience in the Belgian public sector is a strong plus Certifications: SuccessFactors Goals & Performance, Onboarding, Succession Management Fluent in Dutch or French (C2) and good knowledge of the other (B1); English C1 Onsite presence: minimum 3 days per week Skills Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR data models Functional analysis and solution design Analytical and problem-solving mindset Experience with application testing and UAT Solid functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC & Talent modules If you are interested please send me your CV and I will contact you as soon as possible with further details.
