Dan ben jij wellicht onze nieuwe collega Functieomschrijving: Als medior professional werk je aan impactvolle projecten binnen een sector die continu in beweging is. Je levert waarde bij bedrijven in o.a. farmacie, biotechnologie, cosmetica,… en je groeit mee met zowel de inhoud als je verantwoordelijkheden. Als medior professional krijg je projecten die aansluiten bij jou expertise én ambities. Je werkt bij toonaangevende spelers in de life sciences en wordt betrokken op afdelingen zoals QA, Engineering, Validatie of Productie. Inhoudelijke uitdaging: Je krijgt projecten met verantwoordelijkheid , waarbij je je expertise verder kunt verdiepen binnen een innovatieve sector. Autonomie en impact: Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen, terwijl je wél kunt sparren met ervaren collega’s . Ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling: Of je nu wilt specialiseren binnen je vakgebied of een nieuwe richting wilt verkennen – wij bieden volop kansen voor zowel horizontale als verticale doorgroei . Met gerichte opleidingen, trainingen en begeleiding ontwikkel je je in de richting die het beste bij jou past. Variatie in projecten: Je werkt voor verschillende opdrachtgevers binnen de life sciences, waardoor je snel leert en je netwerk uitbreidt. Betekenisvol werk: Je draagt bij aan veilige en kwalitatieve producten binnen de farmacie, biotech of cosmetica – werk met maatschappelijke waarde. Jij zit in de drivers seat: je neemt zelf ownership over je carrière en ook binnen je projecten. Met jouw wetenschappelijke of technische achtergrond én jouw ervaring in projecten in de life sciences ben je een aanwinst in het team. Zorgvuldigheid is je tweede natuur. Je streeft telkens naar perfectie. “Beter voorkomen dan genezen ” is jouw werkwijze. Je herkent risico’s en hebt een proactieve werkwijze. Communicatie is jouw kracht, of het nu gaat om overleggen, overtuigen, informeren of bijsturen. Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels , andere talen zijn mooi meegenomen.
