Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.360° operational business under supervision of the CEO (logistics, stock, purchasing, quality, marketing)Marketing: develop a marketing strategy, manage social media and create attractive and innovative offers Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer preferences to effectively tailor and pitch our sales strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Field Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceptional sales skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact and build relationships with high-level stakeholders and clients.Autonomous, proactive and able to make strong proposals Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Multilingualism: Fluency in French, English and Dutch are a significant advantage.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development.Profile & Personality:Action-Oriented Doer: Hands-on and ready to contribute actively to the organization's success.Autonomous: Capable of making independent decisions and taking initiative.Passionate & Ambitious: Driven by a passion for sales and a desire to achieve ambitious goals.Coffee & Specialty Foods Enthusiast: Loves coffee and specialty foods, able to present our products with genuine passion and enthusiasm.Sociable & Curious: Open-minded, with a strong ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.Creative Problem Solver: Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Proactive and Organized: Methodical and structured, ensuring optimal efficiency in operations.How to Apply: If you share our values and want to work in a friendly and dynamic environment, send your CV and cover letter to caroline@newtree.be
