Vos Responsabilités Clés Vous agirez comme "Centre d'Excellence" pour les opérations logistiques globales. Vos missions principales seront : Optimisation des Processus : Standardiser et améliorer les flux logistiques (de la commande à l'expédition) et maximiser l'utilisation de la technologie SAP. Support & Formation : Former et coacher les équipes opérationnelles, gérer la gouvernance des SOPs (procédures standard) et assurer le support de 1er niveau. Gestion des Données (Master Data) : Garantir l'exactitude et la cohérence des données logistiques. Gestion EDI & 3PL : Superviser les échanges de données informatisés (EDI) avec les prestataires logistiques et résoudre les incidents techniques. Mode Projet : Représenter les opérations logistiques dans des projets transversaux de la Global Supply Chain. Support Opérationnel : En cas d'urgence, prêter main-forte à l'exécution quotidienne des commandes. Le Profil Recherché Formation : Bachelor ou équivalent. Expertise Technique : Maîtrise approfondie des processus SAP ERP et des flux logistiques. Expérience Métier : Solide compréhension de la Supply Chain aval (downstream)Entre 1 et 3 ans Compétences Clés : Gestion des Master Data, connaissance des EDI, et fortes capacités analytiques/reporting. Savoir-être : Structuré, méthodique, orienté "service client" et capable de résoudre des problèmes de manière proactive. Langues : Anglais courant impératif.
