Job Description APCO’s Brussels office is hiring a Project Consultant to join our fast-growing healthcare team. We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and talented professional to join our team based on rue Montoyer, just a few minutes’ walk from the European Institutions. As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of client projects by drafting materials (i.e. summary reports, credentials and proposals) and by conducting and analysing research on a variety of client‑related issues, or media monitoring. Responsibilities Preparation of client‑ready materials such as policy analyses, briefing notes and summary reports. Monitor developments in key client issue areas and flag opportunities for further client engagement. New business development, including drafting proposals and participating in new business pitches. Coordinating client meetings and events. Qualifications At least 1‑3 years’ of policy or relevant work experience, in consultancy, European institutions, or within associations. A good understanding of the EU health policy landscape, complex health policy issues and the legislative/regulatory process. Exceptional writing and analytical skills, and the ability to write both strategically and creatively under tight deadlines. Excellent client and interpersonal skills; ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively. Strong understanding of EU institutions and decision‑making procedures. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and creative problem‑solving skills.
