Bingoal is a Belgian company with more than 30 years' experience in providing online and offline sports betting and casino games. Today, Bingoal is a dynamic and ambitious company looking for a result-oriented and motivated CRM Manager Sport & Casino. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM strategies to drive player engagement, retention, and value across our Sportsbook and Casino products. You will work closely with marketing, product, data, and technical teams to support Bingoal's growth. Your Role In your role as CRM Manager Sport & Casino, you will be responsible for the end-to-end CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation, for the Belgian and Dutch markets. As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in translating business objectives into targeted, data-driven CRM campaigns. Specifically, your main responsibilities will include: Defining and executing the CRM strategy for Sports and Casino, aligned with overall marketing and business objectives Managing customer lifecycle communications (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, churn prevention) across multiple channels (email, web push, web inbox, etc.) Designing and managing segmented, personalized, and automated CRM campaigns based on customer behaviour, preferences, and value Overseeing promotional campaigns for Sports and Casino (2 dedicated colleagues) and ensuring continuous alignment Collaborating closely with data, product and technical teams to leverage customer insights and improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance Monitoring, analysing, and optimizing CRM performance using KPIs such as retention, engagement, conversion, and player lifetime value Managing campaign calendars, prioritization, and execution for both Sports and Casino verticals Ensuring CRM activities are compliant with responsible gaming, GDPR, and regulatory requirements Testing new CRM approaches (A/B testing, journeys, incentives, content) and continuously improving based on insights and results Documenting CRM processes, campaign logic, and learnings to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability Your Profile You have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, casino, or a similar data-driven environment You have hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms; experience with Optimove is a strong plus You have experience working with customer segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to drive decisions and measure impact You are business-minded, results-driven, and continuously look for ways to improve customer engagement and value You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, data, and technical teams You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can clearly present ideas, results, and recommendations to stakeholders You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset Why Bingoal?
