We are looking for a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant to join our Enterprise Solutions team . What will you be doing? As a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant, You Will Dive Deep Into Configuring And Optimizing Business Software Such As Oracle NetSuite And Other ERP Systems. Your Tasks Will Include Analyzing client problems and being responsible for configuring business software. Building and optimizing automation processes within various tools. Creating reports within the systems. Conducting data migrations and User Acceptance Testing, including developing test scenarios. Providing on-site training for clients' super/admin users. Our Current Functional Areas Include ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, e.g. Oracle NetSuite) EPM (Enterprise Performance Management, e.g. Oracle EPM/NSPB/PBCS) PPM (Project Portfolio Management, e.g. Clarity PPM, ServiceNow & KeyedIn Projects) Globis (= logistics and transport ERP) What do you bring to the table? You have a Master’s degree (for example, in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, etc.) and have a passion for IT implementations. Knowledge of, experience in or an affinity with accounting, planning and budgeting is important. You obviously have an interest in software tools and development, databases, queries, scripting and reporting. You have a sharp, analytical mind; you have the ability to approach problems from different angles and make quick decisions. However, you are not purely an IT analyst; you also enjoy implementations. You are client-oriented, with the necessary empathy, negotiation skills and flexibility. You are communicative, results-oriented and aware of the added value of working as a team in order to achieve maximum results. You can work independently and have already learned how to deal with stress from others and in yourself in order to find solutions even in crisis situations. Dutch is your first language, you have proficiency in French and English. What do we bring to the table?
