Ons Transport team zet elke dag alles op alles om te zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte levering aan onze klanten. Als Fleet Coördinator Transport zorg jij ervoor dat onze vloot in topvorm blijft en onze logistieke processen soepel verlopen. Samen met het team doe jij onze transport afdeling vlot draaien.
Zo ziet je job eruit
- Jij houdt de touwtjes stevig in handen als het gaat om het vlootbeheer van onze vrachtwagens, aanhangwagens en bestelwagens.
- Van offertes tot ingebruikname van voertuigen, jij regelt het volledige aan- en verkoopproces van ons wagenpark.
- Schadedossiers en ongevalsaangiften behandel je nauwgezet en professioneel.
- Je zorgt voor een strakke onderhoudsplanning. Je coördineert onderhoud, keuringen en technische vereisten.
- Je houdt het brandstofverbruik en de voertuigtrajecten scherp in het oog om onze operationele kosten te beheersen.
- Je plant ritten en transporten en hebt contacten met onze chauffeurs.
- Je verzamelt data die voor de Transport Manager de gepaste inzichten geven in transportkost en -efficiëntie, waaruit KPI’s volgen die jij in de frontlinie bewaakt en realiseert.
- Je rapporteert aan de Transport Manager, die uiteindelijk ook de eindverantwoordelijke voor transport is.
Deze kennis en ervaring breng je mee
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma Logistiek en Transport of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je communiceert zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
- Een rijbewijs C voor het verplaatsen van de vrachtwagens is een sterke plus maar geen must.
- Je bent een krak in organiseren en plannen. Problemen los je op nog voor ze zich stellen.
- Als administratieve duizendpoot werk je vlot met MS Office en heb je na een interne opleiding snel ons ERP-, TMS- en WMS-systeem onder de knie.
- Je hebt een goede geografische kennis.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
- Je werkt 3 dagen per week in ons hoofdkantoor in Herentals en bent bereid om je 1 dag per week te verplaatsen naar onze Transport HUB in Wielsbeke en 1 dag per week naar onze Transport HUB in Heppignies.
- Je werkt in daguren en bent flexibel om wanneer nodig de vroege of late shift van je collega transportplanner over te nemen.
