About the role
As ocean freight forwarder, you compile your own shipments and coordinate the entire transport process from A-Z.
Tasks:
- Process shipments and orders accurately in customer software;
- Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure warehouse execution;
- Verify export permits and provide shipment details to customers;
- Monitor order statuses and resolve service issues proactively;
- Maintain compliance with DSV policies and industry regulations;
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.
Are you the perfect fit?
- You have already a few years of experience as logistics coordinator (contact between warehouse and back office);
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English;
- You have a strong background or knowledge of Freight Forwarding (Seafreight).
