Your Role

Ready to make waves in sea freight logistics? As a Pricing Coordinator with PSA BDP’s powerhouse team in Antwerp, you’ll be the engine behind our growth. You’ll craft smart, competitive, and tailor-made offers that help clients navigate the seas of global trade—turning opportunities into wins. You’ll partner with carriers, transport pros, and internal teams to design solutions that exceed expectations, grow partnerships, and fuel success.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the Relationship Champion

  • Build, nurture, and grow strong connections with new and existing customers.
  • Be the trusted expert for client inquiries—providing quick, tailored solutions that keep their business moving forward.

Design Offers That Win

  • Create custom sea freight proposals by analyzing client goals, market trends, and pricing insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver offers that are sharp, competitive, and operationally on point.
  • Drive negotiations that balance customer needs with PSA BDP’s profitability—turning proposals into partnerships.
  • Keep the momentum going with timely follow-ups and agile offer adjustments based on feedback and market shifts.

Partner with the Best

  • Build strong, strategic alliances with sea freight carriers and transport partners to secure competitive rates and reliable, high-quality services.
  • Work seamlessly with procurement and operations teams to ensure every offer is aligned and ready to deliver.

Hit Targets & Make an Impact

  • Drive business development with precision and energy, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to supercharge acquisition strategies, customer retention, and market positioning.

Be the Market Expert

  • Stay ahead of the curve with market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to management that drives smarter strategies, sharper performance, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 3-5 years of success in inside sales / pricing for sea freight logistics or freight forwarding. A proven record of turning offers into wins.

  • Deep knowledge of global logistics, sea freight operations, and market pricing dynamics.
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy—your offers are always precise and on point.
