The working environment is characterized by close collaboration between finance, sales, and operational teams, as well as accessible, hands-on management.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will play a central role in the company's financial management:Preparation of monthly financial reporting and performance analysis (cash flow, profitability, margins).Supervision of monthly closings and coordination with a junior profile responsible for accounting entries.Preparation of interim financial statements and ad hoc analyses for management.Sales reporting and close collaboration with the commercial team.Oversight of topics related to excise duties and specific operational flows (training provided).Support and optimization of financial processes within the ERP system (Business Central).Advanced use of Excel for reporting and analysis purposes.ProfileDegree in finance, accounting, or management (or equivalent through experience).Proven experience in a financial role with a strong reporting component.Excellent command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).Experience with customs or excise duties is a strong asset.Fluency in French and Dutch and good command of English.Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to work with non-financial stakeholders.Offer & BenefitsSalary up to €5,500 gross per month , depending on experience.Attractive package complemented by additional benefits.Strategic role with direct impact on management decisions.Stable, people-oriented, and passion-driven working environment.Medium-term growth and development opportunities.At Austin Bright, we are a team of committed and professional consultants specialized in recruiting financial profiles.
