Met meer dan 1.200 medewerkers en stevige groeiplannen heerst er een unieke mix van **professionele structuur** en een **familiale sfeer**. Je komt terecht in een **stabiel finance team** waar veel collega’s al jaren trouw hun bijdrage leveren. Een team dat klaarstaat om onder leiding van een nieuwe **Accounting Manager** verder te groeien.
**Jouw rol als Accounting Manager**
Als **Accounting Manager** ben jij het klankbord en de rechterhand van de CFO. Je combineert een **hands-on expertise in accounting** met het vermogen om je team richting te geven en te inspireren. Je zorgt voor structuur, neemt duidelijke beslissingen en geeft je teamleden de zekerheid die ze nodig hebben.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Leiden en coachen van een team van 7 finance professionals.
- Bewaken van de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van alle accountingprocessen.
- Zorgen voor een duidelijke structuur en efficiënte werkwijze binnen het team.
- Rapporteren en sparren met de CFO.
- Actieve rol in het verder professionaliseren van finance in een internationale context.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt **ruime ervaring in accounting** en kan complexe materies zelfstandig beheren.
- Je bent een **people manager** met daadkracht: duidelijk, standvastig en met oog voor de mensen achter de cijfers.
- Je communiceert vlot in **Nederlands, Frans en Engels**.
- Internationale ervaring is een pluspunt, productie-ervaring is niet vereist.
- Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar structuur en menselijke warmte hand in hand gaan.
