**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements and reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Work closely with other departments to address billing and payment inquiries.
- Maintain documentation and records related to billing and collections activities.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- VAT knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with customer service and negotiation is a plus.
