Als Support Engineer speel jij een cruciale rol in het bieden van eersteklas IT-ondersteuning en assistentie aan onze klanten. Jouw expertise en toewijding zijn essentieel om onze IT-omgeving soepel en efficiënt te houden. Essentiële Kwalificaties Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 1 tot 3 jaar relevante IT-ervaring. Taalvaardigheid: Een sterke beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en/of Frans is essentieel. Consultancy Enthousiasme: Je staat te popelen om als consultant te werken, houdt van afwisseling en omarmt uitdagingen. Ticketbeheer: Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van binnenkomende incidenten via een handig ticketsysteem en het effectief prioriteren ervan. Gebruikersondersteuning: Het bieden van vriendelijke en snelle ondersteuning aan gebruikers via telefoon en e-mail voor hun ICT-problemen is jouw kracht. Technische Deskundigheid: Je hebt kennis van pc-hardware, O365, software, Active Directory, IOS/Android en meer. Incidentafhandeling: Je kunt binnenkomende incidenten zelfstandig afhandelen of toewijzen aan de juiste specialist. Teamspeler: Je gedijt in een ITIL-omgeving en werkt naadloos samen met je team. Probleemoplossing: Sterke probleemanalysevaardigheden en de bereidheid om creatief te denken voor oplossingen zijn jouw sterke punten. Aanpassingsvermogen: Flexibiliteit en een koel hoofd in stressvolle situaties zijn essentieel voor deze rol.
