Support Engineer - Les Responsabilités Assurer un support technique complet aux clients sur les systèmes, réseaux et applications, en résolvant rapidement les incidents pour garantir performance, disponibilité et fiabilité. Installer, configurer et déployer nos solutions, qu'elles soient on-premise ou cloud (notamment SaaS sur Oracle Cloud Infrastructure : VCN, instances compute, Load Balancers, règles de sécurité, etc.). Collaborer étroitement avec les clients, à distance ou sur site, pour identifier et résoudre leurs problématiques techniques. Gérer et maintenir l'infrastructure interne et cloud (réseaux, serveurs), en réalisant installations, mises à jour, sauvegardes, audits de vulnérabilité et améliorations de la sécurité. Documenter les modifications d'infrastructure et participer aux processus internes de gestion du changement pour assurer la continuité et la qualité des services. Support Engineer - Le Profil Recherché Expérience en support technique Linux avec diagnostic et résolution d'incidents. Connaissances en virtualisation (Proxmox, VMware) et cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud) pour le support opérationnel. Maîtrise des services réseau et serveurs web (TCP/IP, SSH, DNS, VPN). Expérience en support VoIP.
