Preventieadviseur Niveau IIWe ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau II voor een van onze klanten in Antwerpen.Verantwoordelijkheden:Beheren en monitoren van het QHSE-managementsysteem (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Uitvoeren van interne en externe audits, inclusief voorbereiding, opvolging en corrigerende maatregelen.Coördineren van het interne preventie- en noodinterventieteam (BHV).Bijhouden van registers zoals Risico-inventaris, Milieuaspecten en Chemische stoffen (REACH/CLP).Ondersteunen bij de opstelling van het globale preventieplan en het jaarlijkse actieplan.Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, onderzoeken van incidenten en implementeren van preventieve maatregelen.Veiligheidsinstructies geven aan nieuwe medewerkers en toolboxmeetings organiseren.Adviseren over werkplekorganisatie, hygiëne, gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en noodprocedures.Samenwerken met externe partners en het secretariaat van de Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (CPBW).Vereisten:Diploma als Preventieadviseur Niveau II.VCA VOL-certificaat is een sterke plus.Aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een industriële of technische omgeving.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Uitstekende organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proactieve houding met sterke probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden.Zelfstandig kunnen werken en effectief kunnen samenwerken met collega’s op alle niveaus.Locatie: Antwerpen Type: Vaste functie
