TECONEX, située à Beyne-Heusay, est une entreprise belge spécialisée dans l'électricité basse tension. Notre client fabrique, importe et distribue des équipements électriques destinés aux grossistes et gestionnaires de réseaux. Pour renforcer son équipe de ventes internes dédiée aux grossistes, nous recherchons un(e) profil Technical Internal Sales – Wholesale. En tant que premier point de contact téléphonique, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction des clients et l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux, en travaillant étroitement avec l'équipe externe.
Responsabilités :- Assurer le support technique, la rédaction et le suivi des offres pour l'équipe externe.
- Analyser et suivre de manière proactive les besoins des clients.
- Gérer le planning et traiter les offres en fonction des commandes, stocks et production.
- Participer à des événements et foires (1 à 2 fois par an).
- Suivre et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par les clients.
- Assurer la formation et le soutien technique des collègues.
- Contribuer à des projets ponctuels.
- Bachelier en électricité ou domaine technique ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum 2 ans dans une fonction similaire.
- Français et bonnes bases en néerlandais.
- Maîtrise de la suite Office et idéalement d'un ERP ou CRM.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication, orientation client, autonomie, résistance au stress, et esprit d'équipe.
- Contrat à durée indéterminée.
- Environnement de travail dynamique avec possibilités d'évolution.
