Earning Potential We expect our consultants to achieve the following on-target earnings (OTE), with many exceeding these milestones: Year 1: €35k+ (minimum €50k OTE for experienced recruiters) Year 2: €55k+ Year 3: €85k+ What We're Looking For We want ambitious, creative, and driven individuals ready to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving business landscape. You'll immerse yourself in the ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, and BI technology ecosystems — learning how these solutions align with business challenges and the talent required to drive successful implementation. No prior recruitment experience? No problem. While previous sales or commercial exposure is a plus, we value attitude over background. High personal standards, a hunger to succeed, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
